Premier Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, inspected various units in the capital city of Pyongyang.
They included the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Farm, the Namsa Co-op Farm of Rangnang District, the forest conservation material and equipment factory under construction of the Ministry of Land and Environment Protection, and the Pyongyang Essential Oil Factory under construction.
At the combined fruit farm, the premier encouraged its officials and workers in their vigorous campaign for implementing and defending the Party’s idea and policies, true to leader Kim Jong Il and the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un‘s popular politics.
At a field consultative meeting, measures were taken to make a breakthrough in the development of fruit farming and put on a normal basis the management of the farm.
Visiting the co-op farm and construction sites, he underlined the need for the agricultural workers to actively introduce the high-yielding farming methods and called for improving structural quality and speeding up construction from the stand that they may take responsibility for the safety of the projects and guarantee their absolute quality for all eternity.
