A vibrant performance by university student art groups was held at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in Pyongyang on April 14th, marking the 112th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

The esteemed audience included Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, along with officials from the youth league and young students from Pyongyang.

The performers passionately sang praises of President Kim Il Sung, highlighting his immortal contributions to shaping DPRK into an invincible power characterized by independence, economic prosperity, and national defense self-reliance.

The atmosphere of the performance was electric, with numbers that emphasized the unity and determination of the rising generation. The songs and acts inspired young people to actively participate in the comprehensive development of Korean-style socialism. They were encouraged to cultivate noble spiritual and moral traits, along with high abilities, to become revolutionary talents.

Deeply moving performances captured the revolutionary and patriotic zeal of the youth, emphasizing their commitment to uphold the revolutionary traditions of Paektu, the eternal cornerstone of the Korean revolution. These acts resonated with the audience, reinforcing the importance of loyalty and patriotism.

The performance culminated in two stirring finales: “We Are Successor to Revolution” and “We Will Remain Faithful to You to the End.” These powerful songs encapsulated the unwavering commitment of the younger generation to carry forward President Kim Il Sung’s revolutionary legacy.
