The Agricultural Management Cadres School, operating under the South Hwanghae Provincial Rural Economy Committee, plays a crucial role in nurturing junior officials and technical personnel essential for the province’s farms.

Originally established in the early 1960s as a provincial tractor driver training school, it has been a cornerstone in educating numerous junior officials in areas such as planning, labor, finance, accounting, as well as cultivating workteam leaders in farming, livestock, pomiculture, and sericulture. Additionally, the school has provided in-service training for current junior officials.

Following a renovation in December of the previous year, the focus has sharpened on delivering comprehensive education in basic and specialized technical subjects. Emphasis is placed on practical training, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute effectively to agricultural production.
