  • 1kg of potato starch
  • 300g beef
  • 300g pork
  • 200g chicken
  • 500g pickled radish kimchi

  • 5g sesame salt
  • 20g soy sauce
  • 15g sesame oil
  • 30g green onions
  • 20g garlic
  • 10g red pepper powder
  • 1 egg
  • 0.3g green chili
  • 10g starch
  • 3kg broth

Instructions:

  1. Boil the beef, pork, and chicken until cooked. Shred the chicken and thinly slice the other meats into leaf shapes before soaking them in the broth. Thinly slice the cucumber and pickled radish kimchi into leaf shapes.
  2. Prepare a seasoning sauce by mixing chopped green onions, garlic, red pepper powder, sesame oil, sesame salt, soy sauce, and broth.
  3. Mix starch with boiling water and potato starch to make dough, then press the dough to make noodles.
  4. Place the noodles in a bowl, season with the sauce, and top with meat, cucumber, and pickled radish kimchi. Garnish with green chili and egg yolk, then pour over the broth.
