Officials and workers within Pyongyang city have successfully established the city nursery.
The modern nursery, equipped with production facilities and experimental analysis equipment, has been established, realizing the scientification, industrialization, and intensification of sapling production. This ensures a solid foundation for the production of saplings necessary for forest creation and greenification in the city.
The completion ceremony of the Pyongyang City Nursery was held on-site on the 26th.
Present there were Ri Kun Sok, secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and officials and employees of the tree nursery.
Choe Hui Thae, chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People’s Committee, addressed the ceremony.
