The 2024 National Exports Exhibition kicked off in the DPRK with a diverse array of products and scientific innovations on display. Over 14,000 products from more than 110 units were showcased, ranging from building materials, furniture, and clothing to cosmetics, food, and medicines. These offerings reflect the unique characteristics of their respective units and include items crafted from local resources and those developed through joint ventures and cooperative efforts.
The opening ceremony, held at the Central Youth Hall on May 2, was attended by officials, professionals, and representatives from participating units. Ji Kyong Su, the Vice Minister of External Economic Relations, delivered the opening address, setting the tone for the event.
