On the evening of April 15, youth and students in Pyongyang gathered in Kim Il Sung Square for a vibrant night celebration, marking one of the country’s most cherished holidays — the Day of the Sun, commemorating the birth of President Kim Il Sung.

The event began with the song “My Country Sings Praises of the Leader”, as the square came alive with a colorful display of dancing under the night sky.

Songs filled with praise for the Mother Party, which is seen as fulfilling the patriotic dreams of the late leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, echoed across the square, resonating with the energy and optimism of the nation’s youth.

The festive atmosphere soared to new heights as fireworks lit up the night sky, bursting in dazzling colors and illuminating the square in a sea of light and celebration.

The young participants sang passionately to songs like “Let Us Love Our Country” and “We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un with Our Lives,” expressing their unwavering loyalty and determination to follow the path laid out by the Party and leadership.

The fireworks display and youth gathering stood as a powerful testament to the spirit of the new generation, filled with patriotic fervor and revolutionary commitment, under the guidance of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
