The Ryongaksan Soap Factory was newly built at the foot of scenic Mt. Ryongak in Pyongyang.
Shampoo, rinse and other liquid soaps and detergent for vessels produced at the factory are popular among people in Pyongyang and local areas. The factory has intensified the hygienic safety check of its products to ensure their quality in a scientific manner through the analysis of the whole course of production ranging from feeding of raw material to packing.
Ro Kil Chan, chief engineer of the factory, told KCNA:
The drive for the renewal of products is progressing apace at the factory. We would hasten the work to round off the products good for preventing the hair from falling out and aging and protecting skin, thus producing more famous products loved by the people.
