The Rungna Dolphinarium in Pyongyang, the capital city of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, recently draws more visitors by putting seal tricks on the stage.

Kim Jin Hyok, a trainer, told KCNA:

Seals were brought to the dolphinarium from the East Sea of Korea and tamed to play tricks.

They gave its premiere by doing a few tricks like greeting and handshaking in April last year. But now, they are performing such diverse movements as shooting balls into basket, balancing themselves with balls on snout and hind feet and passing through rings, being applauded by audience.

They are 1.5 meters in length and weigh almost 60 kilograms.
