A roofing work for 100 flats was finished in the township of Kyonghung County, one of the flood-hit areas in North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK, on October 11.
The soldier-builders carried out the foundation work and framework by the end of September before starting the interior and exterior plastering, floor concrete temping and roofing work.
They are now carrying on the floor plastering and tile-setting of flats and the rezoning of their vicinity.
