A national fine art exhibition was opened with due ceremony at the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium on Wednesday in celebration of the 105th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

On display at the venue of the exhibition are art pieces dealing with the revolutionary career of the President and exploits of the peerlessly great men.

Also on display are paintings reflecting the loyalty, indomitable fighting spirit and revolutionary optimism of the forerunners who steadfastly covered the rugged path of the arduous struggle, holding in high esteem President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il as the unique center of unity and leadership.

Displayed there are fine art works of diverse themes making successful artistic representation of the stirring reality of the DPRK dashing ahead like the wind towards the eminence of a powerful socialist country under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and the happiness of the people.

Present at the opening ceremony were Kim Ki Nam, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, art creators and Pyongyangites.
