Korean stamp exhibitions were opened at the Korean Stamps Museum and the Korean Stamp Exhibition House on Tuesday to celebrate the 69th founding anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
On display at their venues are photos dealing with stamps that carry portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
Stamps of hundreds of kinds and bills, displayed under the titles “Power of Juche” and “Our Country Is Prosperous Forever”, represent the revolutionary careers and exploits of the peerlessly great men who founded the DPRK and had led it only along the road of victory and demonstrated its dignity and might as the nuclear power of Juche, a world-level military power.
Some stamps deal with the reality of the DPRK which has turned into a socialist state centered on the popular masses and an invincible power.
The exhibitions remain opened till September 15.
