Dancing parties of youth and students were held in different parts of the country on February 8 in celebration of the 70th founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Army.
Dancing venues in Pyongyang included the plazas of the Monument to Party Founding and the Arch of Triumph.
The participants began dancing to the tune of “Song of the Korean People’s Army”.
They danced in humble reverence for President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who creditably accomplished the cause of building the revolutionary regular armed forces and developed the KPA into the matchless and invincible revolutionary army.
“At Square of Military Parade”, “Song of Airman” and other songs revved up the atmosphere of the dancing parties.
When the song “Cheers of the People” resounded over the dancing venues, the dancers were full of high pride of holding respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in high esteem.
Similar dancing parties were also staged in provincial seats, cities and counties on the same day.
