Chongjin O Jung Hup University of Education in North Hamgyong Province has undergone a significant renovation, transforming into a modern hub for learning and innovation.
The upgraded university now features multi-functional lecture halls, advanced laboratories, an e-library, a gymnasium, and other state-of-the-art facilities, designed to enhance education through modern technology and scientific approaches. The improvements aim to nurture students into skilled and capable individuals ready to contribute to the nation’s future.
An inauguration ceremony was held on December 28, attended by Han Yong Song, secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, along with provincial officials, builders, faculty, and students. Pak Kyong Su, vice-chairman of the provincial people’s committee, delivered a speech during the event, emphasizing the university’s role in fostering talent and supporting development.
The remodeled university stands as a testament to the commitment to education and progress in the DPRK.
