Chairman Choe Ryong Hae, a senior leader of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and the Supreme People’s Assembly, recently toured various industries and government sectors to encourage progress and discuss key initiatives aimed at improving economic output and public well-being.
During his visit to the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, a crucial hub for the nation’s industry, Chairman Choe emphasized the importance of meeting this year’s steel production targets. He encouraged workers and engineers to continue their efforts in strengthening the nation’s self-sufficient iron production system, ensuring that the industry remains resilient and productive.
At the Taean Friendship Glass Factory, Chairman Choe engaged with factory officials and workers, discussing ways to enhance production efficiency and teamwork. He stressed the importance of fostering a positive work environment where employees feel motivated and valued. He also highlighted the significance of community-driven initiatives, such as the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement, to encourage collaboration and innovation in the workplace.
In Taean District, Chairman Choe met with local government officials to reinforce the importance of public service and responsive governance. He urged officials to act as true servants of the people, ensuring that local leadership prioritizes the needs and well-being of citizens. Additionally, he underlined the necessity of raising awareness about legal rights and responsibilities, fostering a culture of respect for the law, and strengthening public trust in government institutions.
