As part of the 14th National People’s Sports Festival, a men’s professional football match between the Sobaeksu Team and the 4.25 Team took place on April 15 at Kim Il Sung Stadium in Pyongyang.
The game was attended by Pak Thae Song and Choe Ryong Hae, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, alongside officials from the Party, government, and military. Also in attendance were representatives from ministries, central agencies, athletes, and Pyongyang citizens.
Both teams displayed dynamic tactics, frequently shifting their offensive strategies throughout the match.
The 4.25 Team secured a 2–0 victory over the Sobaeksu Team.
