The 28th national exhibition of IT achievements opened with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex on Tuesday.
On display there are more than 1 100 valuable findings made in the work to radically develop the country’s IT.
Among the exhibits are process control programs and integrated management information system and other automation equipment conductive to putting the production and management of factories and enterprises on an automated, unmanned and intellectual basis, and IT successes achieved in fields of education, public health, sports and literature and arts.
The exhibition is divided into six panels including information security, information communication networks, artificial intelligence and information processing, equipment and production process control and scientific and technological calculation.
Program contests of various fields such as speech recognition, character recognition and integrated production systems are to be held during the exhibition.
Among those present at the ceremony were Vice-Premier Jon Kwang Ho and other officials concerned.
