In Namdong-ri of Phyongwon County, South Phyongan Province, people moved to new houses, a reminder of the realization of the Party’s great plan for building socialist rural areas.
The area changed beautifully as over 700 elegant single- and low-storied houses were built together with the building of the farm management board, hall of culture, nursery and other buildings.
The houses have all conveniences for living like pens for domestic animals and storerooms, to say nothing of living rooms and kitchens. Fruit trees around the dwellings add to the scenery of the area.
There was cheerful and bustling dancing as people moved to new houses on Monday.
