The Kangbong Health Pharmaceutical Factory is well known in the DPRK for producing high-quality medicines and health supplements.
Jong Un Hui, a resident of Janghun-3-dong, Mangyongdae District, Pyongyang, shared her experience with one of the factory’s products. She explained that after turning 40, she began experiencing insomnia and fatigue. Despite trying various traditional treatments and tonics, she saw little improvement. However, after taking Flavone Whitening Pills produced by the factory, she noticed a remarkable improvement in her symptoms, describing the results as almost miraculous.
Founded more than a decade ago, the factory employs specialists with advanced degrees in pharmacy, biology, and chemistry. It integrates research, development, production, and sales into a cohesive system, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Factory director Jo Myong Song stated that their goal is to develop even more health-promoting products while strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
